The appartment 60 qm is at street level. Living room is equipped with a lounge,  TV, telefon. The couch is extendible. The sleep-room ist equipped with a king size bed with two mattresses. The Bathroom dispose about an double wahbasin and a douche. Kitchen is a seperat room with refrigerator with ice-box, oven with hot plate, toaster and water boiler. Out of the appartment there is an outdoor sitting area.
