The spacious, completely renovated and newly furnished apartment in 2010 is located 10 minutes' walk from the center, in an upscale and very quiet residential area above Tettnang. The beautiful hinterland begins just a few steps away. Hikes and bike tours between orchards with a view of the lake and mountains offer relaxation. A separate garage is available for cars.
Lake Constance can be reached by car in about 15 minutes, the mountains (Austrian Alps) are about 35 minutes away.

Tettnang is centrally located between the regional centers of Friedrichshafen and Ravensburg. The good road connection to Lindau / Langenargen makes the city an ideal starting point for excursions in the eastern part of Lake Constance / Allgäu and the Alps.

The luxuriously furnished apartment has a separate entrance, a small south and a large covered west terrace. Comfortable garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are available. The apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 large wardrobe, parquet), 1 large, bright living / dining room (dining table, sofa corner, parquet), kitchen (fitted kitchen with high-quality branded appliances), laundry room (dryer and washing machine) and bathroom (with underfloor heating, spacious, floor-level shower and double vanity). The bedrooms are equipped with modern, high-quality furniture, the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. 3 large-format flat-screen televisions, BlueRay surround system and free highspeed internet access (Wifi 6 with 1000MBit/s) offer additional convenience.
