Welcome to the "Haus Provence". Here you will stay in a French-Mediterranean country house style in the small and tranquil Waigandshain, directly at the foot of the Fuchskaute. The cosy, high-quality furnished detached house with a view of the water has a spacious kitchen, a dining room and a fireplace room on the ground floor; the bathroom, a bedroom and the living room are on the ground floor.

The house is the perfect starting point for hikes, as the Westerwaldsteig and the Rothaarsteig, among others, are in the immediate vicinity. The area is also ideal for cyclists who don't mind a few climbs, and if it has snowed properly, there are plenty of ski trails in the immediate vicinity. Last but not least, water sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth, as there are plenty of lakes nearby.

The cosy and high-quality furnished detached house with a view of the water has a spacious kitchen with work island and exclusive gas cooker with two electric ovens, a dining room and a fireplace room with library on the ground floor. On the first floor are the bathroom, a bedroom with a 1.80 m wide box-spring bed and the living room.

Internet access is of course available and there is also a TV in the kitchen and another TV in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, blender and all other utensils needed for cooking.

The house is very conveniently located:
approx. 20 min. to motorway access Haiger/Burbach
approx. 20 min. to the Herborn motorway exit
approx. 35 min. to the Limburg motorway exit
