We offer a nice one-room-apartment for 2 - 3 people on the first floor with separate kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the western part of Dresden (Dölzschen) about 10 minutes away (by car) from the city centre. Parking is no problem. living-/bedroom:

From the living-/bedroom you have access to a nice southwest balcony (10 sq m) with balcony furniture, electric awning and sunshade.

It takes you about 8 minutes to get to the next bus stop or train station. Both means of
transport need about 10 minutes to the city centre.

You can find the next supermarket within a 7 minutes walking distance.
There are about 300 m to the open-air swimming pool (for nudists).
Rates: flat occupied by 1 person: 50,-€; by 2 persons: 55,-€; by 3 persons: 60,-€.
