Our 3 vacation apartments, (vacation apartment 1, on the upper floor, approx. 65 m²), (vacation apartment 2, on the ground floor, approx. 40 m²), and (vacation apartment 3, basement apartment on the ground floor, approx. 25 m²), are located in a well-kept apartment building in a preferred, quiet residential area in the southern part of Kaiserslautern, between the Technical University and the Fritz-Walter Stadium and in the immediate vicinity of the forest.

The cozy, well-equipped vacation apartments in our house are an ideal starting point for cycling, hiking, mountain biking and Nordic walking to excursion destinations in the area. You can also find peace and relaxation here in a family atmosphere.
The main train station and several supermarkets can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, the city center and the old town in about 25 minutes.
