Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment located on the upper floor, accessible only by stairs. The apartment features a charming living and dining area in one room that invites relaxation and sociable get-togethers.

The small kitchenette includes a dishwasher, a cooking stove, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils, a combination device that can be used both as a microwave and a small oven, and a Senseo pod machine. Additionally, brewing filter coffee is possible to tailor your coffee enjoyment to your preference. Although the apartment officially accommodates four people, we recommend primarily using it for three due to the compact kitchenette.

Adjacent to the open living area is a separate toilet that provides additional comfort.

The apartment features a shower room with a toilet that connects directly to a bedroom with a cozy double bed (180 x 200 cm). Additionally, there is a second bedroom with a French bed (140 x 200 cm).

A small balcony completes the offering and provides a great view over the city and the idyllic wine region - the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.
