On a natural plot close to the Limfjord and the small town of Halpsund with several restaurants, a marina and a beautiful golf course lies this renovated vacation home with an enclosed sun yard. On the lawn in front of the house is plenty of space to play and romp. From the living room you enter the pool area with a whirlpool for two, a sauna and a separate shower. In one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine and dryer. The house is furnished with three bedrooms with double beds. In the largest room there is also a bunk bed. The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room. The house is heated with solar energy.
