The entire property with its swimming pool is for your exclusive use. Take full advantage of the outdoors with a large private swimming pool not overlooked where you can relax in complete tranquility. The unfenced garden is made up of several terraces where everyone will find their place, to rest, meet around the barbecue or play (ping-pong table, swing, etc.).

Access :
This gîte is easily accessible by car, 1 hour 15 minutes from the A7 motorway exit, 1 hour from Montélimar train station and around 2 hours from Nîmes airport. You can park directly on site. The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (numerous exterior and interior stairs, height differences, parking far from the house)

    “Wir waren als Ehepaar zu zweit in dem Haus und hatten super viel Platz. Positiv: Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es lagen viele Broschüren in dem Haus, in denen wir uns zu möglichen Aktivitäten informieren konnten. Er erklärte uns auch die vielen "Village de Charaktere" von denen wir einige besuchten- wir waren begeistert.
    Auch die sehr ruhige Lage mit der tollen, großen Dachterasse, die überdacht war und von der aus man einen wunderbaren Blick über die Berge hatte, hat uns super gut gefallen. Wir konnten dem Vogelgezwitscher zuhören und uns sehr gut entspannen.
    Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts- Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Wäscheklammern und alle weiteren Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs waren reichhaltig vorhanden. Negativ: alles war wie dargestellt, entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern”

    “ruime, zeer compleet ingerichte woning met een fantastische en sfeervolle loggia. Geweldig uitzicht vanaf de loggia. Erg mooi en groot zwembad met fijne ligbedjes. Het huis is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alleen de slaapkamer op de zolderverdieping heeft een laag plafond: wij konden geen van allen rechtop staan. De kamer is eigenlijk alleen geschikt als kinderkamer. Deze kamer is voorzien van een babybed: de eigenaar van de woning heeft deze op ons verzoek verplaatst naar 1 van de slaapkamers in het souterrain. Het enige nadeel van de woning is de ligging: vanaf de weg moet je eerst heel steil naar beneden. Dan kom je op zwembadniveau in kun je de auto parkeren. Deze weg is echter zo steil en de manoeuvreerruimte is zo krap, dat we de auto meestal boven bij de entree parkeerden. vanaf zwembadniveau moet je nog via een tweetal lange trappen en een stukje steile helling afdalen naar de woning. Dit was voor ons geen probleem want we zijn goed ter been en fit. Maar voor mensen die minder goed ter been zijn, is dit wel een obstakel. En een onaangename verrassing omdat dit nergens in de omschrijving van de woning wordt aangegeven. Nogmaals: voor ons was het geen probleem. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze erg fijne woning.”

    “Positiv: Die Lage und die Aussicht von der Terrasse in das Tal sind einmalig. Der schöne & große Pool laden zum Verweilen ein.
    Das ganze Anwesen liegt alleine in verschiedenen Ebenen und ist größer als man denkt! Negativ: Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil. Wir haben die Autos oben stehen gelassen!”
