Centrally located, just a few steps from the beach, main shopping street and the Binz Pier. In the immediate vicinity you'll find a bakery, cafes, restaurants and shops. The train station can be reached quickly as well.
A coin-operated washing machine and a lockable bicycle storage room are available in the basement of the house. The basement stairs are equipped with a bicycle ramp.
Temporary parking is available in front of the house and the flat comes with a long-term parking space in the multi-storey car park (approx. 300m away).
By the way, Binz is the most beautiful and oldest Baltic resort on the island of Rügen and the mildly stimulating climate combined with almost 2000 hours of sunshine per year guarantee a recreational holiday all year round.
