A beautiful terrace with fantastic sea views for your moments of relaxation awaits you in this part of a semi-detached house. At the entrance there is an equipped outdoor area and a nice outdoor shower, ideal when you return from the beach. The living room with fireplace corner has a large window with sea view, which makes the room extra bright. The terrace with sea view is equipped for outdoor meals. The coastal town of San Nicola l'Arena, with its ancient castle guarding the coast, is 4 km away. Not to be missed is the archaeological site of Solunto 8 km away, and the beautiful city of Palermo with its churches, museums and characteristic markets 20 km away. To the charming Cefalù it is 40 km. This is an excellent starting point to visit the most beautiful and interesting places on the north coast of beautiful Sicily.
