We are in Mravince small and quiet village on the hill, only 6 km from Split, breathtaking views, natural materials, dominated by stone, windows, doors, furniture are all handmade from pure wood. The villa is located on a 400 m2 plot surrounded by ancient stone walls, garden, organic vegetable garden, large terraces where you can sunbathe or relax in the whirlpool in absolute privacy even in the evening. The house is on two levels and has parking for 2 cars
The location is strategic offering total comfort, peace and privacy, very close to Split well known for its vibrant cultural, social, artistic and gastronomic life. The Villa boasts a large courtyard and garden with a Jacuzzi, shower, sunbathing area, deckchairs, swings ... In total privacy, the hot tub will be a real treat with a hot water massage. To share your holiday days in the company of others, there is a large terrace with a drinking fountain and an outdoor grill area with breathtaking views of the sea and nearby islands.
