This great vacation home with private pool is located in the Drôme Provençale, on the edge of the charming mountain village of Montboucher-sur-Jabron. Besides the pool, the outdoor area also includes a very nice summer kitchen, an enclosed and pleasantly shaded garden and a comfortable veranda. Looking west, you can see the Monts d'Ardèche, and looking east, you can see the Vercors massif. The interior is bright and very comfortable, with a harmonious blend of old and new. Through the living room with adjoining dining room, you access the veranda. You benefit from an ideal location in the Rhone Valley, known for the Côtes du Rhône wine region. 5 km away, Montélimar attracts with an old town center and large Provençal avenues, and only 4 km separate golf fans from the beautiful Domaine de la Valdaine complex. This magnificent area between the Ardèche River and the Baronnies Regional Natural Park is ideal for an unforgettable vacation. Discover the Enclave of the Popes, Dieuleufit, famous for its potters, the forest of Saou and the Trois Becs massif, which invites you to hike and climb. Grignan is best known for its Renaissance chateau, once home to the noble Madame de Sévigné. A number of picturesque villages are nearby, such as Mirmande, Le Poët-Laval, Marsanne, La Garde-Adhémar and Cliousclat with their cobbled streets, Provençal markets and their bistros. The very discreet house-sitting couple who maintain the pool and garden live behind the house. The couple can not see your area and has its own driveway.
