Free parking is possible and tram stop right in front of the house! Domestic equipments: Bed for up to 2 people with orthopedic mattresses, 32 "FULL HD TV with USB function, TV chair, desk and a separate fully equipped kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and comfortable seating area. A security deposit of EUR 250, - in cash is payable to the landlord upon taking over the apartment and will be paid back to the guest immediately after the correct handover of the apartment/key. The prices indicated do not include tourist tax. The local visitor's tax is mandatory to pay locally. Tax is EUR 0,50 per night and guest! This only applies to overnight stays of a private natur.
