Lovely spacious holiday apartment of around 60m²


Our four-sided farm is situated on the outskirts of Schauberg with a wonderful view of Hauzenberg. Right nearby there is the Schönwies high moor. The town Hauzenberg is about 10 minutes away and Sonnen about 3 minutes away. The three-rivers town Passau and the Hochficht ski resort in Austria are about 30 kilometres away.

The apartment comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (double bed possible), a shower, WC, towels, bed linen, a kitchen unit and a TV. A cot, highchair and changing table are available if required.

There is a balcony, as well as a grill hut and a barn for sociable gatherings, a playground with a trampoline, sandpit, swing, toys, children’s vehicles and Wendy house and a lawn.

You can make use of a bread rolls delivery service and get fresh eggs daily from the farm. A collection service from the train station in Passau is possible. We can arrange guided hikes.

In winter you can find cross-country skiing trails and ski pistes nearby, as well as an ice skating rink in nearby Waldkirchen. You and your children can have fun on the sledging slope behind the house. The nearby Sonnen fitness and health centre offers fitness, sport and wellness in one. You should definitely plan a visit. Many trip possibilities will make your holiday unforgettable. Our central location makes it easy to get to many trip destinations such as Passau or the Hauzenberg granite centre. There are extensive of well-signposted hiking paths for hiking enthusiasts. The surroundings also offer interesting and varied cycle routes (mountain and valley) for sports enthusiasts.

    “Unsere Ferienwoche bei Familie Lang war einfach nur super! Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, super freundliche, nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, tolle Umgebung!
    Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr , ausser ein Sofa zum chillen (stattdessen gibt es eine Eckbank), aber wer braucht das schon im Sommer? Wir jedenfalls nicht. Draussen gibt es Grilplatz, Liegemöbel, Wiese und dazu eine wunderschöne Aussicht.
    Der Brötchenservice ist spitze!
    Uns hat es super gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank nocheinmal für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen, wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt!”
