Sa chessa manna

In 'Torre delle Stelle' (35 km from Cagliari and 15 km from Villasimius, south Sardinia), 200 meters from Cann'e Sisa beach (a 5 minute walk) and a 3 minute drive from Genn'e Mari beach,'Torre delle Stelle' is also 5-minute drive from the beautiful Mari Pintau and Cala Regina beaches, 7 minutes from Solanas beach, and a 15-20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei.

The garden with typical Mediterranean plants surrounds the villa on three sides, adjacent to an external loggia. The property also features a small patio with table and chairs, a barbecue and traditional wood-burning oven. Parking for two cars, mosquito screens on the windows of the rooms.

'Sa Chessa Manna', part of a beautiful villa, surrounded by garden (500 sqm) and well furnished. The house is composed by a large living room with fireplace, couch and outdoor wicker chairs, large table with bench and chairs; a small kitchenette with four burners, microwave, fridge/freezer; a bright double bedroom with fan and spacious wardrobe; a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds and wardrobe, with cooling fan; another bedroom with bunk beds, wardrobe, desk and cooling fan; and a full bathroom with washing machine. Above the house we have a small terrace accessible by an external staircase.

Villasimius, Costa Rei, Mari Pintau, Solanas, Kal'è Moru, Geremeas, Cala Regina, Capitana, Baia azzurra, Cagliari, Quartu S.Elena.

English, French, Spanish and Italian are spoken. A security deposit is due. Pets are not allowed. Consumption of electricity and water is included in the price within a certain limit (water: 1 mc per day, electricity: 10 kw/h per day), beyond this limit it will be charged.

    “Das Haus, im sardischen Stil, mit verwunschenem Garten und Patio hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nach einem Tag am Strand, der perfekte Rückzugsort. Überall findet man ein Plätzchen, sei es auf der Dachterrasse, im Innenhof zum Essen, auf den Liegen unter Bäumen im Schatten, oder auf der hübschen, mit vielen Pflanzen gestalteten Veranda bei Morgensonne. Das Schlafzimmer ist am Nachmittag sonnendurchflutet, was besonders in der Nebensaison schön ist. Alle Fenster sind mit Moskitonetzen und Fensterläden ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist neuwertig, sauber und hübsch gefliest und mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Auch sonst fehlt es an nichts. Von zahlreichen Töpfen und Pfannen über gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, genügend Stauraum für Koffer und Kleider, tollem Grill und Pizzaofen im Innenhof, frischen Granatäpfeln vom Baum, bis zur Wäscheklammer; alles ist vorhanden.
    Wir haben uns sehr! wohlgefühlt und unsere Gastgeber Dafni und Francesca sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dafni spricht neben italienisch sehr gut spanisch und englisch. Wenn man Pflanzen liebt, ist das Grundstück ein kleines Paradies.
    Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Betten sind, wie in Italien üblich, sehr hart. Wer einen empfindlichen Rücken hat, sollte sich eine Auflage mitbringen.”

    “Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in ruhiger Lage, das Haus liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand entfernt. Das Vermieter-Paar ist super nett, herzlich und für Fragen und Tipps jederzeit sofort zu erreichen.
    Ein wunderschönes, gemütliches und super ausgestattetes Haus - wir haben uns während unseres Urlaubes dort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts und das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Der Garten ist mit heimischen Pflanzen bepflanzt und jede Pflanze ist per Namensschild beschriftet, unsere Kinder haben viel dazu gelernt.”
