In the village of Privaka is the new stone villa with an outdoor area of 1200 m2, only 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beach.
Beautiful villa with pool located in Privlaka, only 200 meters from the sea. The house is of 145 m2 on a yard of 1100 m2 and consists of 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the house are two kitchens fully equipped; microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine etc and two living rooms with dining area.
In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool (8x4 m2) with hydromassage system. Next to the pool is a covered terrace with a table for 10 people, a children's corner and a barbecue.
The nearest sandy beach is just 200 meters away, the nearest bakery and a shop are 200 meters away and the nearest fish market is 1 km away. At the beach it is possible to rent umbrellas and deckchairs, and the villa also has a mooring for the boat.
The biggest feature of this facility is Outdoor pool where you can refresh yourself during the hot summer days. Relax on the deck chairs under parasols and enjoy your well deserved holiday.Spend your vacation on the beach, which is concrete slabs and which is 150 m far.
