Villa in Borgomaro with private parking

CIN-IT008010B5C62TUNIV - Splendid small villa in a small typical Ligurian village, completely independent from external energy sources with photovoltaic panels, thermal insulation and thermal break window frames, with use of private swimming pool. A 15-minute drive from the magnificent sea of the Riviera dei Fiori .

The accommodation comprises living room (30 sq m) with adjoining fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, etc.), double bedroom (18 sq m), twin bedroom (10 sq m), large bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi network.

Covered terrace (24 sqm) with relaxation lounge, barbecue, garden, parking space. About 40 metres away swimming pool in common use with possible guests of a second accommodation. Free parking space and possibility of electric car charging. The pool operates from 15 May to 30 September.

You can take wonderful dips in the beautiful small lakes of the Impero Torrent about 500 metres from the accommodation.

Borgomaro is a small village of about 250 souls. In the centre you can find a pharmacy, post office, groceries, butcher's shop, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, pastry shop and hardware store. The valley that hosts this village, 'Valle Impero', is covered with centuries-old olive groves of the 'Taggiasca' variety, which produces an oil that is delicate but with character, fragrant but light, in a word 'unique'. Borgomare is also home to some of the most renowned oil mills in the province. Distances: Imperia (15 km), Diano Marina and Cervo (20 km), Sanremo (35 km), Montecarlo (65 km), Alassio (40 km). Cycle path about 35 km long.
