In this semi-detached house you will find a sauna room with shower and relaxation area, which is ideal for relaxing. The high-quality furnished living room with open-plan kitchen has a wood-burning stove. From the living room you can access the spacious, covered terrace with windbreak and gas barbecue. Here you can spend sunny hours.

There is even a beach chair for you to enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day in a sheltered beach chair. There is a shed for your bicycles, where you will also find a handcart that you can use.

There are two car parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Zierow, the main town in the Poeler Drift district, has a lot to offer: a tourist information centre with bistro and bread roll sales, numerous smaller establishments on the beach, a milk filling station and a riding stable. Close to the fine sandy beach, the public part of a five-star campsite offers a petting zoo, a children's playground and an outdoor fitness centre. An indoor pool can be used when it rains.

Wismar's district of Wendorf with its large shopping centre is just a few minutes away. A few minutes further on you are already at the harbour of the World Heritage city with all its tourist attractions.
You can reach Rostock, Lübeck or Schwerin in approx. 40 minutes via the motorway. Further information is available in a detailed folder in the house.
