The villa Portassa that sleeps 8 is located at just 100m away from the old city walls of Alcudia Old Town, and therefor ideal to explore the local bars and restaurants in the evening. The house stands on a plot of land approximately 2000m2 and has about 255m2 of living space, spread over 2 levels. The ground floor has a living room with satellite TV, wifi internet and air conditioning, kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and all the necessary small appliances. Kitchen and living room have an exit to the covered terrace. There is a bedroom and a bathroom downstairs. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a further bathroom. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioners. The exterior offers two large covered terraces, one with a dining table, one with sofas. The large pool ( 12x8m) in the middle of the beautiful garden is surrounded with 6 sunbeds. A barbecue is also available.
