Overlooking cultivated fields and beautiful hills, you can relax in a large saltwater pool equipped with sunbeds. Near the pool there is a bathroom with shower. In the garden there are two gazebos for your outdoor meals and a lawn. In an outbuilding with a kitchen and a fireplace you can also prepare your delicious meals. On the first floor of the house there is a room with a kitchenette and French windows overlooking the garden, on the second floor there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, on the second floor there is a double bedroom with a massage tub and ? shower. About 20 km away is the west coast of Lake Trasimeno. In just over two hours you can reach the coast of Tuscany in the province of Grosseto, ideal for a pleasant day by the sea. Excursion tips: Castiglione del Lago 8 km with ferries to Isola Maggiore and Isola Polvese (8 km); Chiusi (10 km) with the Civic Museum and the underground part of the city, Montepulciano (20 km) with the terrace of Palazzo Comunale with breathtaking views of the countryside; Perugia 50 km, Arezzo 70 km, Todi 70 km, Florence 130 km, Rome 150 km.
