This beautiful 3 bedroom bungalow is located in Protaras and is just a 10 minute walk to Protaras strip and Fig Tree Bay Beach.

Outside the vast, spacious garden is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunbathing and outside dining. It features and outside shower, barbecue, outside dining table and chairs seating 6 persons on the lawn, sun loungers and large private pool.

This is a brand new bungalow with modern décor, furnishings and appliances. As you walk in, you will find the living room area, kitchen and dining area. The living has comfortable leather sofas, widescreen and satellite TV and a WII console. The stylish kitchen has all modern day appliances including a filter coffee machine and blender and the dining area has seating for 6 persons.

You will also find three spacious and modern bedrooms on the ground floor as well as the family bathroom. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have double beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and the third bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The family bathroom has a bath, shower and W/C.

The cosmopolitan resort of Protaras has quickly become one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cyprus in recent years. The resort has a lot to offer to visitors of all ages and is mainly geared towards families and those wanting to enjoy a sun-filled beach holiday.
