The holiday apartment is on the second floor of a private two-family house. The pretty residential house is on the edge of Livo, a little medieval village on the north shore of Lake Como.
The bedroom and the living room-kitchen provide access to the balcony furnished with a table, chairs and a parasol. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hilly landscape. There is a private garden in front of the house. It provides garden furniture and is therefore ideal for enjoying meals and the sunshine. There is a private garage near the house with space for a car.
The apartment of around 40m² is very light and comfortable. The spacious living room-kitchen is particularly cosy due to the wooden paneling on the walls. It has a sofa bed (French measurements, 140cm wide) for one or two people and a dining space in a corner with a bench, chairs and table. There is a flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with satellite and DVBT channels. The well-equipped kitchen unit, also made of wood, provides a gas stove, oven, toaster and fridge-freezer. A pellets stove exudes pleasant warmth in the cooler months, which heats the whole apartment. The bathroom has an electric radiator. The bedroom in fresh white and blue is furnished with a double bed (160 x 190cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle. Owing to the location in the hills and the thick walls, no air conditioning is required. Wireless Internet access is available, with the first gigabyte per stay included and further usage payable. Bicycles can be stored on the ground floor, which is used as a cellar and storage room.
Grocery shops and restaurants/pizzerias are just a three-minute walk away. The nearest bar is 3km away. The nearest coin-operated launderette is in Gravedona (5km). It is 5km to the lake.
Guests can give laundry to the owners on request, who can wash it at a supplementary cost.
