Spacious holiday apartment with a balcony, by the edge of a forest on a cul-de-sac
This holiday accommodation is in Bad Rippoldsau, in the Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach municipality. It is in a sunny, very quiet location on a south-facing slope by the edge of a forest, with a fabulous unobstructed view of the Wolftal and the charming Black Forest landscape, centrally located near the Kurpark. The centre with a bank, shops, guesthouses etc. is only about 250 metres away.
The generous apartment for up to five adults and a child provides around 80m² of living space. It has two bedrooms with a washbasin and a double bed (180cm wide) and a living room with two cupboard beds that can be folded up during the day. It also has a large suite and a flatscreen TV (101cm diagonal) with a satellite receiver. The kitchen-diner includes a dining corner and is equipped with a direct-dial telephone, table linen, tea towels, crockery, a coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, electric stove with a four-zone ceramic hob, an oven and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom has a shower, two washbasins, a hairdryer and a separate WC. A basic supply of cleaning products, toilet paper etc. is provided. The apartment has a separate entrance.
The sunny and partially roofed balcony has garden furniture and a parasol. The balcony can be accessed from a bedroom and the living room. There are parking spaces right by the house.
A child’s bed and highchair are available and can be used free of charge. A break rolls delivery service for breakfast and wireless Internet access are available at a supplementary charge.
It is only about 250 metres to the centre with a bank and ATM, the Kurhaus with tourist information, a bus stop, a church, three guesthouses, a children’s playground, a minigolf course, a weekly market and a doctor.
