The holiday house is at the heart of a quiet village at an altitude of about 570 metres with a wonderful view of the surrounding valley, in an area known for its Alsace cuisine. The house of around 100m² is suitable for six adults and a child and has two floors. It consists of a living and dining room with a fireplace and a TV (astra 19.2), a kitchen-diner with a dining table, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed 160cm wide, the other two each with two single beds 90cm wide. The third bedroom also has a supplementary bed for a child. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and 2 coffee machine (dolce gusto and one filters). The first bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC, the second with a bath. There is also a separate WC. All the rooms have heating (oil heating).internet is available (wifi in high speed)
Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture and a grill, as well as a private garden and a balcony, from which you can enjoy a view of the green surroundings. There are three private car parking spaces in front of the house, as well as a garage parking space.
A cot can be provided on request.
The house offers a range of possibilities both in summer and in winter (nearest skiing station a few kilometres away). Those interested in gastronomy will enjoy the nearby wine route (ca. 30km), while those interested in culture can visit the many castle ruins such as Salm, Nideck, Guirbaden, Obernai (35km), or Strasbourg (50km) and Selestat (45km) on pleasant day trips. The nearest major supermarket is about 7km away and there is a smaller supermarket about 4km away, as well as the nearest train station.
