The house offers three holiday apartments for four and six people. All the apartments have been comprehensively renovated.
The house is surrounded by a 2800m² garden. There are free parking spaces on site. A dog is allowed on request.
The Baltic Sea town of Zinnowitz is in the north-western part of the island of Usedom, the largest and most traditional seaside town, just 6km from Lütow. The island is known for its charming contrasts, forest and lake. The varied landscape with beech, oak and conifer forests along the coast, as well as moors and meadows by the Achterwasser give the island its special charm and charisma. During the summer months there is s minimarket at the natural campsite 2km away. Supermarkets such as Aldi, Netto, Lidl or Edeka, can be found in Zinnowitz.
Holiday apartment for four people
The maisonette apartment provides around 75m² of living space and is suitable for four adults. The ground floor has a big, combined living room and kitchen with a comfortable sofa corner, a modern dining space for four people and a fully-equipped kitchen. The upper floor under sloping ceilings has two bedrooms, with daylight through the skylights. The first bedroom is furnished with a box spring bed 140cm wide, with one wide mattress, while the other bedroom has a box spring bed 160cm wide, with two mattresses each 80cm wide. There is also a generous bathroom with a shower, WC and daylight. All the rooms have heating.
