Der Komplex befindet sich in einer Wohnsiedlung direkt am Meer in La Manga del Mar Menor an der Costa Cálida in Murcia. Dieser liegt bei Kilometer 5 in La Manga.

Die Ferienwohnungen verfügen alle über Terrassen und bieten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer. Das gemeinschaftliche Schwimmbad liegt nur 15 Meter entfernt. Ein Portier steht 24 Stunden täglich für die Gäste zur Verfügung. Parkplätze sind dort auch verfügbar.

Die Lage, nur fünf Meter vom Strand mit dem warmem Meerwasser, bietet sich zum Entspannen sowie für diverse Wassersportmöglichkeiten an. Restaurants und Supermärkte liegen nur 300 Meter entfernt. Und ein Gesundheitszentrum und eine Apotheke sind in 200 Metern zu erreichen.

The complex is located in a residential neighbourhood in La Manga del Mar Menor on the Costa Cálida in Murcia. It is located at kilometres 5 in La Manga.In July and August, only bookings of half a month from 1-15 or 16-30 or 16-31 are possible!

The 55 m² apartment accommodates up to four people on the fifth floor of the building. The apartment boasts a bedroom with two single beds (180 cm in length), a built in closet and views of the Mediterranean. The living/dining room offers a sofa bed for two, a dining table with chairs and a television and access to the patio. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet.

The two patios are furnished with a table and four chairs and offer stunning views of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor Ocean. It is only 15 meters from the community pool. A doorman is available 24/7. Parking is available.

The apartment's location - only five meters from the beach - is ideal. Restaurants and supermarkets can also be reached within about 300 meters. It is 200 meters to a health centre and a pharmacy.

    “Die Pluspunkte: Netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der sich bemühte. Ein schöner Balkon, Sonne von allen Seiten, toller Blick aufs Meer.

    Aber dem stehen eine Fülle von Mängeln gegenüber: Die Ausstattung erschien uns super-billig und absolut mangelhaft im Vergleich zu Ferienwohnungen in Frankreich und Italien dieser Preisklasse.

    Das Badezimmer ist zwar neu renoviert und schön blau gefliest, die Ausstattung war aber ungenügend. Der Waschbecken-Abfluss ließ sich nicht schließen, was imho eine tägliche, unnötige Wasserverschwendung bedeutete. Die Dusche hatte keine funktionale Duschkabinen-Abdeckung, der Badezimmerboden war nach jedem Duschen geflutet. Der Vermieter versprach das zu ändern. Keine Duschwandhalterung. Die Klotür ließ sich für uns nicht verriegeln.

    In ersten Tagen stank die gesamte Wohnung. Die Messer in der Küche rosten, die Griffe wackeln bedrohlich. Ein vernünftiges Küchenmesser sollte man besser von Zuhause mitbringen, wenn man z.B. Zwiebeln oder Zitronen schneiden möchte, anstatt sie zu quetschen. Stilvolle Kleinigkeiten wie eine Butterdose, Salatschleuder fehlten uns. Dafür gab es aber einen Dampfkochtopf, den wir z.B. nicht brauchten.

    Die Bettwäsche fügt sich ins Gesamteindruck der Billig-Ausstattung ein- dünn mit hohem Synthetikanteil, mit einer eher luftundurchlässigen, aber vermutlich wasserdichten Kunststoffunterlage. Die Schlafzimmertür schloss nicht, die Schränke im Kinderzimmer ließen sich nicht schließen.

    Wir vermissten eine Garderobe im Wohnzimmer. Alles in allem eine schön gelegene Wohnung mit einigen nervigen Unzulänglichkeiten besonders im Bad.”

    “Thank you for your vote, you are our first german guest so we have to improve details for a good stay. The first day you gave us a "shopping list" for kitchen elements what you needed, because our mediterranean cuisine use diferents elements than in German cuisine, like paella pan, or compression pot, , you asked for 10 elements that we carried to you in 10 minutes. In the bathroom the sand of the beach plugged the outfall, but it was repaired in 15 minutes; as we saw, the bath curtain it is totally new but is not good to avoid spill the water while you are in the shower, and it will be changed. About the knives, if you had told us about it we should have change it, but you did not reported us in that moment.
    We are inproving little by little for futures stays.
    The next time all will be perfect.”
