Holiday apartment with a big garden and a shared pool
The apartment is in a detached house in a quiet location.
There is an outdoor pool (10 x 5m) in the garden that is open from mid-May to mid-September and is heated to 26 degrees. It is for the exclusive use of house residents. Two parking spaces are available.
It is a holiday apartment for two to three people, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a well-equipped kitchen unit. The sofa can be converted into a bed for the third person. The shower room is fitted with a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. The apartment is on the raised ground floor of the house, which is on a park-like site of around 2000m². The apartment has been classified as four-star by the DTV.
