A small and cosy wooden cottage in a quiet place with lovely
green surroundings. Amazing view over the sea. Wonderful,
large wooden deck with furniture where you have a nice view over
the water when dining. Electrical sunshield when it is getting too
sunny. In the living room you find a small, modern kitchen and TV(German channels).
Bedroom with two comfortable beds (90 cm). Bathroom with shower.
Park your car just outside the cottage. Follow the little path along
the sea and find a place of your own where you can bath and
enjoy the sunshine. If you are lucky you will discover a seal in the sea
or a trout in the little river nearby. The sport-fishing is wellknown.
Take a stroll to the little fishing-harbor and enjoy the menu of
the restaurant. Or drive away to the city of Ystad with medieval
houses. It is a casting place for film based on the books of Henning
Mankell. If you like sport there is a golf- and tennis course nearby.
The bicycle and walking coast-path goes just north of the plot.
Small pets (max. 8 kg) allowed.

    “A lovely stay. Property is in a great location for exploring the region. The hosts are very friendly (like everyone in Sweden!) and make you feel most welcome. The property is small but quite sufficient if the weather is as nice as we had it. It could probably do with just a little 'updating' soon.”

    “Klein, alles da was 2 Personen benötigen. Radweg sozusagen vorm Haus. Strand ganz nah. Schöne Ausgangslage um ein paar Tage Urlaub zu machen. Positiv: Die Lage so nah an der Ostsee ist wirklich toll. Es ist noch weit genug weg vom Wasser und von der Straße um ausreichend ruhig zu sein.”
