Chalet with 2 floors, fully renovated. New high quality furniture. Directed to the south, large terrace with free view of the rear of the valley, fireplace for barbecue. Rooms with a lot of light. Living and dining room with a table for 10 persons, angled couch, satellite TV, Wifi. Adjacent modern kitchen: microwave, convection oven, big refrigerator with deep freezing compartment. Three rooms with two beds 90/200cm and one room with one bed 160/200cm; high quality bed linen, 1 nordic duvet 240/240cm; 6 duvets 160/240cm; cupboard in every room. Two bathrooms with shower. Wooden cot and baby chair upon request. The main heating system is an automatic pellet oven. Parking free of charge..
The chalet, lulled by the murmur of the torrent, overlooks the hamlet and is located 3 minutes from the start of the Arolla slopes, restaurants and shops. No close neighbours, except a family of marmots. At the edge of the cross-country track. Departure point for many medium and high mountain hikes. Numerous ski touring possibilities. 15 minutes from Evolène.
Accomodation and visitor‘s taxes will have to added to the price.

Other leisure facilities: Sports d'été : alpinisme, randonnée, parapente, danse escalade, pêche. L'été, Arolla propose également des excursions accompagnées, des courses collectives par le bureau des guidesdu Val d'Hérens, des baptêmes de l'air en hélicoptère.
Sports d'hiver : ski alpin, ski de fond, ski héliporté, parapente, ski de randonnée, raquettes...
Excursion possibilities: Arolla est le point de départ de près de 50 randonnées, entre autres vers le Col de Riedmatten, d’où le promeneur jouira d’une vue impressionnante, le lac bleu, les cabanes des Aiguilles Rouges, de l'Aiguille de la Tsa, des Vignettes, de Bertol...
Les 100 km de pistes de VTT raviront les plus sportifs d’entre vous. Les pêcheurs, eux, peuvent tenter leur chance dans l’un des nombreux lacs alpins.
