Your host: After having been respectively a Journalist and Director of a dairy industry organization, we chose to join the family farm to create a farm inn. We then decided to extend this reception activity by transforming an old barn into rural lodgings. We love welcoming our guests and sharing good things with them (we are very greedy!). We are also very committed to our respective professions to participate in building an equitable future. Gîte of 110 m² on the ground floor and first floor. Living room of 55 m² with equipped kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. 2nd living room upstairs with direct access to the private patio of 12 m². Electric heating. Free WiFi. Parking for 2 cars. For your comfort, charges are included in the rental price. We will particularly appreciate the worktop made with the old refractory stones from the bread oven, the freshness of the rooms during hot summer days and the very large volume of the main room. In the mid-season, the wood stove provides pleasant warmth as additional heating. Possibility of renting the adjoining rural gîte (No. 4293) for a total of 19 places. Private outdoor space and garden furniture. Located on the edge of the Parc du Pilat, our cottage is ideally located for lovers of outdoor activities: hiking, geocaching, climbing (natural climbing site less than 10 km) while remaining close to the main shops and metropolises such as Saint-Etienne (30 mins) and Lyon (50 mins) which offer multiple ideas for outings. 300 m from the gîte, the House of Braids and Laces is an unmissable place to visit for young and old. The price includes: - Charges (heating, electricity, gas and water) Be careful in the event of excessive overconsumption, you may be charged an additional cost. The price does not include: - The cleaning package - Rental of sheets and towels Terraced house, Bedroom and WC on the ground floor, Television set, Mobile phone, Internet access, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Freezer, Clic clac, Stove, Barbecue/Plancha, Extra bed, Baby equipment, wifi, Terrace, Pets allowed, Farm, Private entrance, House. Option to be paid on site: Cleaning package (optional). : €50. Pair of sheets for single bed (optional): €8. Pair of sheets for a double bed (optional): €9. Rental of bathroom linen (optional). : €3. This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
