You enter this accommodation through the simple kitchen, which is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, both Senseo and filter coffee machines and a kettle but no dishwasher. If you continue into the house, you will find a compact dining table with 2 chairs next to the spiral staircase. At the back of the house is a double sofa by the television and, past this, the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Via the stairs you reach the upper floor where a large bedroom occupies the entire floor. The bedroom has 2 single beds (80x200cm) that together form a double bed. There are two bedside tables with lights and a chest of drawers plus a clothes rack to store your clothes.
The kitchen leads to the spacious, south-facing back garden (20m2).  The holiday home is in the back garden of a house, but the garden is separated by a fence and, therefore, very private. The garden has a luxurious lounge set and a storage box for cushions. There is also a garden table with 4 chairs for outdoor dining. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. 

You can bring your four-legged friends with you to Zoutelande. 2 pets are allowed in this accommodation. 
The holiday home has one free parking space on-site.

Surrounding area

Located in the heart of Zoutelande, this accommodation is the perfect base. Enjoy the beach and the food and the shopping on offer in this lovely town. The beach is just 300 metres away, and the centre 200 metres. From Zoutelande, it's a short car ride to all the hotspots of Walcheren, such as the capital Middelburg and tourist attractions such as Domburg, Veere and Vrouwenpolder. The island of Walcheren has beautiful walking and cycling routes past special farm shops and pick-your-own gardens. You won't get bored easily in these surroundings.
