Beautiful, newly built 2.5-room apartment (56m2) on the second floor with large windows, lots of charm and comfortably furnished (floor newly built in 2011). Very quiet location with beautiful views over the roofs of Pontresina towards Piz Rosatsch, Rosegtal, Morteratsch and Corviglia.
The apartment is altogether south oriented.
- Southeast: Window bedroom and window bathroom as well as a window living area
- Southwest: Window living area and window dining area
- Northeast: Window entrance Only 5 minutes walk from village center (bus station, post office, Coop) and hiking trails.
Interior:
- Living room with comfortable sofa, armchair, bookshelf / side-board, TV, CD player with IPod dock (with old wide port) USB stick can be connected / WiFi / oiled parquet floor
- Open modern kitchen, oak table with four chairs
- Bedroom with double bed (1.60m) with two mattresses (medium firm and firm) and two duvets, large closet with lots of storage space and sliding doors
- Bathroom with a spacious, modern, walk-in, barrier-free shower
Washing machine / tumbler and ski / bike room in the house are available. Own parking lot in front of the house is available. Pets are not allowed. Non smoking.

The tickets are provided by the landlord throughout the stay and are included in the rent.
