Stylish, bright 3.5 room apartment (78 m²), centrally (50m to the bus stop "Schlossgarage") but quiet (30 zone, night driving ban) situated in the romantic district Laret of Pontresina. The apartment is located on the first floor of a three family house and accessible via a short staircase. From all the rooms and the sunny terrace you have a breathtaking view of the Val Roseg and the Piz Nair in the ski resort Corviglia.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double/two single beds as well as large built-in wardrobes and 2 modern bathrooms with comfortable shower and toilet. The open kitchen is equipped with the most modern equipment oven/steamer, induction hob, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartement, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, raclette grill and Fondue-Set. From the stylishly furnished living and dining area you enter the south-facing terrace with dining table, seating and sun loungers.
The apartment is laid out largely with foiled oak-tree parquet floorboards and has a geothermal floor heating in all rooms, as well as extra towel radiators in the two bathrooms.
Free WiFi, Swisscom TV, a Sonos system, some board games and books are part of the equipment. Adjacent to the apartment entrance door there is a separate storage room with private washer-dryer. Non-smoking flat. The private double garage with direct access to the house and a ski storage room are located on the ground floor.
The house was renovated and expanded in 2017.
The good infrastructure, but original, village-like character makes Pontresina a popular holiday destination during every season. The village centre of Pontresina with all facilities of personal needs and many leisure activities can be reached from the apartment La Tegia within walking distance. The cross-country skiing tracks are located in approx. 0.5 km distance and all the upper Engadine ski areas Corviglia, Corvatsch, Muottas-Muragl and the glacier area Diavolezza/Lagalb can be reached by bus (stop 50m) quickly and easily. This makes the apartment a perfect starting point for any summer or winter activities.
