This magnificent villa is located 400 m from the beautiful town of Cortona, one of the most beautiful and famous cities in Tuscany.

This elegant villa is located in a wonderful panoramic position, surrounded by the typical Tuscan landscape and olive groves, in a perfect location for a nice and relaxing holiday and yet offers the advantages of being only a few minutes' walk from the city center.

The property consists of two independent villas 50 m apart, which can accommodate up to 12/15 people. Each house has its own (approx. 8x4 m, open May-October) with a panoramic view of the Val di Chiana and the beautiful church of Santa Maria Nuova. The main villa has an infinity pool, while the annex has a beautiful pool with Roman steps: the perfect place to enjoy the landscape "under the Tuscan sun". Additional facilities include a car park, barbecue, washing machine and tumble dryer (fees apply). Wine and olive oil tastings, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and cooking classes are available on request.

The 270 m² main villa can comfortably accommodate 8/10 people (four double rooms, with the possibility of adding a single bed in two rooms) and is equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi) Internet, radio / CD / DVD Player, safe). On the lower ground floor there is a huge living room with a fireplace and toilet. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), a living room with dining area and two double bedrooms with beautiful views (one with its own bathroom with hydromassage shower and the other with its own bathroom with Bathtub and a room with a Turkish bathtub with shower). On the first floor of the villa are the other 2 double bedrooms, both with their own panoramic views, and they have a private bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and a hydromassage shower. Hair dryer available. Window with mosquito nets.

The 65 m² annex is a charming single-family house on two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 4/5 people. It consists of a living room with a fireplace (possibility to add a single bed), a fully equipped kitchenette, and a gallery with a bedroom that can be double or twin. A double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. Equipment: air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, radio / CD / DVD player, safe, hairdryer, windows with mosquito nets.

On arrival you will receive a welcome basket with homemade products:
- Welcome basket (vegetable and fruit basket, milk, water, soft drinks, American coffee, espresso capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, toilet paper, paper napkins, paper towel, baking paper, aluminum foil, cling film).

In Cortona, just a few minutes' walk away, you will find shopping opportunities, restaurants, shops, museums and many works of art. Other beautiful Tuscan art cities within easy reach are Montepulciano (30 km), Pienza (45 km), Montalcino (65 km), Siena (75 km) and Florence (90 km).
