    “Positiv: Die wohnung ist gut ausgestattet,es fehlt aber ein 2. Sessel.Schlafen
    geht nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern.Auf dereinen Seite Autoverkehr
    und Straßenbahn,auf der anderen S-Bahn.Bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber sehr ruhig. 45 Stufen bis zur Wohnung.
    Ein Parkplatz auf dem Hof.Guter Straßenbahn u. Bus Anschluß, 10 bis 15 Minuten inDresden Zentrum.
    Aaaaaber die im Internet dargestellte Wohnung ist nicht mehr mietbar.
    Einkaufen bei Edeka eine Straßenbahnstation.”
