Eischoll is located in the canton of Valais above the Rhone Valley on a terrace at an altitude of 1230 metres. It can be reached by car via a well-maintained road from Turtmann or Visp, even in winter. The quiet hiking area around Eischoll offers the right route for every hiker. In winter, Eischoll offers wonderful downhill runs away from the hustle and bustle of the larger ski resorts. A chairlift and a ski lift will take you up to over 2,200 metres above sea level. The ski area is connected to the Unterbäch ski area, where two more chairlifts and two ski lifts await you. Next to the modern restaurant with a large sun terrace, there is a children's lift and a children's playground. This cosy three-and-a-half-room apartment in the upper part of the Valais mountain village of Eischoll (population 500) is a great base for exploring the area in both summer and winter. You can park your car in the car park in front of the garage. The garage itself can be used as an additional room, but is not included in the rental price. Ski storage is available on the ground floor for skis (or other sports equipment). The apartment on the 3rd floor has 2 balconies with stunning mountain views. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the children's room with 2 bunk beds, both with direct access to the north-facing balcony with 8 m2. In addition to the bathroom with a bathtub, it has a kitchen-living room with a dishwasher and a microwave. It has a 54-inch TV with satellite channels ASTRA and Hotbird (all Swiss programmes in HD) and Blueray and direct access to the south-facing balcony with 12m2. In the living room there is also a nice dining table for cosy get-togethers. The laundry room with washing machine can be used by arrangement. The visitor's tax is included in the additional costs.
Sports and leisure activities:
Winter: ice skating in Bürchen, Raron or Visp. Cross-country skiing in Zeneggen.
Summer Golf: There are several golf courses and tennis courts in the area,
outdoor pool for children in Unterbäch.
Mountain biking, cycling: Eischoll offers everything for it.
Excursion options: E-bike rental in Eischoll. Tesla rental in Eischoll.
Further living room furnishings (living room 1): sofa bed, can be converted into a double bed.
Further kitchen equipment: dishwasher, fondue set, raclette grill/party grill.

During this time, the roof, facade and balconies will be completely renovated, i.e. construction noise is to be expected during the day. The balconies cannot be used during this time, and parking is also limited. Depending on the situation, it may not be possible to park your vehicle on the property, and the garage is not part of the rental contract during this time. However, vehicles can be parked free of charge 100 metres away at the valley station of the chairlift.
The apartment is always accessible during this time and our offer is aimed at people who are looking for a place to stay during the day and want to benefit from an attractive price. We will ask again with each booking during this period whether this condition has been read and confirmed before we confirm the rental of the apartment.
