The apartment is on the second row on the border of Westerland, on the road from Westerland to Keitum. The location is optimal as it is very quietly situated and you cannot hear any noise from the road. You can get to everything on foot and do not need a car. You can also explore the island with the island buses or by bicycle.
Right in front of and behind the house there is a lawn with a canopy beach chair and garden furniture. As it faces south, you can also have breakfast outdoors or grill with friends in the evening. Each of the four apartments has a firmly reserved parking space.
It has a living room with an integrated American kitchen space with a fridge, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you have in your kitchen at home. The living room provides a pull-out sofa bed for two guests. The first separate bedroom has a double bed, the second in the converted attic has two single beds and a TV.
It is a few minutes to the pedestrian zone of Westerland and the train station. The pedestrian zone ends directly at the main beach of Westerland. The accommodation is therefore very central but still absolutely quietly situated. 50 metres away you can find an Aldi with a big fresh produce market and 1km further a Netto, Lidl, pharmacy, Burger King, post office and other shops in the shopping centre.
