Pleasant Holiday House in Portese with Private Garden and Lake View

This charming private villa with 1000 mts of garden is located directly above the harbor in Portese, one of the most beautiful small Villages along the Western coast of the Lake Garda. It is close to many other towns such as Salo', San Felice, Desenzano, Sirmione, Gardone Riviera, Toscolano, etc. There are a few elegant and pictoresque restaurants and bars in the harbor, also you can walk to the Lake and go for a swim! In about 5/10 minutes drive you can reach Salo' and San Felice where there are many other shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.

Our guests have exclusive use of the entire Villa + the private garden. It is possible to park up to 4 cars inside the garden.

This charming old private Villa is built on a lot of 1000 sq/mts of land. The garden is always well kept and there are many beautiful flowers and olive therees. The property is entirely fenced. From the back garden we enter the Villa on the ground floor into an entrace hall that gives directly on a large living room with couches and a dining table. The living room is connected by a glass door wall to a large covered terrace with a wonderful Lake View! here there is a table for 8 and 2 sunbeds. The entrance hall also brings to the fully equipped separate kitchen and the sleeping area where there are 2 double bedrooms and a full bothroom (with shower). All the rooms on this floor have glass doors that bring outisde on the terrace. Downstairs there is a large room with an imperial table and a chimney that can be used to dine and grill. Also on this floor there are 2 more double bedrooms and another full bathroom (tub). On the ground floor there also is a washing room with a washer.

COMING BY CAR NECESSARY: the Villa is close to the center of portese and the harbor. The Lake is about 5 minutes walk away from the house. The lack of public transportation in the area makes it difficult to move around without a car, also you will need to drive to be able to visit all other beuatiful villages along the Lake Garda.

We expect all of our guests at their arrival to show them the apartment and leave them the keys. We stay only a few minutes away in Salo' and will be available to assist our guests during their stay.

    “De woning is schoon opgeleverd en is zoals in de omschrijving vermeld staat, het uitzicht op het meer is prachtig.
    Wat jammer is dat er op de eerste verdieping geen horren zijn (er zijn erg veel muggen) en dat er geen airco aanwezig is. ( Het is heel warm in de woning)”
