The structure lies on the hills overlooking the Island of Elba, in the municipality of Campiglia Marittima, a few kilometers from the sea of Baratti, San Vincenzo, Follonica and Livorno.
This is an ancient stone village of the '900 completely renovated with care to preserve its warmth and character. It is located on the top of the hills that dominate a beautiful countryside , a few kilometers from the beach of San Vincenzo, Baratti, Follonica and the port of Piombino (where ferries leave for the Island of Elba). The village is surrounded by wheat fields, with olive trees and sunflowers, but it is only three kilometers of the main services (supermarket, pharmacy ...)
It consists of 42 apartments and covers eight hectares near the main house and the castle. The old buildings have been restored with different volumes, shapes and positions depending on the use respecting the original Tuscan tradition, maintaining the same charm of stone, brick and clay roof tiles.
The whole village is enriched with fine finishes and common areas made of alleys, illuminated squares finely decorated with elegant flower beds and benches. On request are available apartments with air conditioning in all rooms, some have a private garden
Also available is a semi-circular swimming pool with sun terrace overlooking the entire valley, tennis court, barbecue area and a large playground for children.

Thanks to its central position, it allows you to reach the art cities such as Florence, Siena and Pisa.
The nearest airport is Pisa, about 90km. In the center of Campiglia Marittima there is the central station. The Genoa-Rome railway line arrives between the Livorno and Grosseto railway stations.

The apartment has a large living room with dining area and kitchenette (it has 4-zone hob, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as all the necessary kitchenware); TV set and sofa bed; double bedroom; bathroom with shower. Through a staircase in the living room you can access the mezanine floor with 2 more single beds. It is equipped with washing machine, and air conditioning.
