The property houses a farm house for ten people and two newly built studios, accommodating four people each.
The community garden offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. The community pool measures 8 x 4 meters. The entire property (about three hectares) is enclosed by an old wall. The barbecue is communally used. Parking is available on the property as well. The garden houses many fruit trees and flower beds. The community garden has several patios with outdoor furniture.
Please note that the access road is narrow. There are only two neighbours, so traffic is very light. The person driving up the road has the right of way. A wine cellar is at your disposal. The internet connection can be spotty.
It is 800 meters to Abragão with its shops, restaurants, cafes, a gas station, a pharmacy, a hospital and an ATM. A market is held biweekly. The central location lets you enjoy day trips to Porto (ca. 40 Km), Braga (ca. 45 Km), Guimaraes (ca. 35 Km), Amarante (ca. 25 Km), Vila Real (ca. 70 Km), Aveiro (ca. 80 Km) and Espinho (ca. 70 Km). The patio offers access to the house. The bathroom boasts a washbasin, a shower and a toilet and is on the right hand side of the hallway. Straight ahead is the kitchen, equipped with a ceran stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. The adjacent living room is furnished with a television, a DVD player and a fireplace. The two adjacent bedrooms are each furnished with a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed; an additional child's cot can be supplied upon request. The other three bedrooms are located in the basement and are accessible from outside. The first bedroom offers a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), which can accommodate two children. The second bedroom also offers a double bed (140 x 200 cm). The two bedrooms are connected and share a bathroom with a shower, two toilets and two sinks. The third bedroom is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and has an en suite bathroom with a shower, a sink and toilet.
