Das Haus befindet sich gegenüber von den Häusern Kiek-Wiet und Wiesenblick Fenja in einem absolut ruhigen Wohngebiet (Sackgasse).Das Haus liegt in Grimersum (ca. fünf km nach Greetsiel).
Zwei Stellplätze sowie ein Carport gehören zum Anwesen. Im Gartenhaus befindet sich das Gartenmobiliar und ein Grill. Genießen Sie ein Sonnenbad oder herrliche Grillabende auf der Südterrasse.
Es bietet vier Schlafzimmern (eins davon im Erdgeschoss) und zwei Duschbädern für acht Personen ausgestattet (ideal auch für zwei Familien). Die Sauna und der Kaminofen laden für einen Urlaub nicht nur im Sommer ein. Die schöne Holzbalkendecke und die maritime Einrichtung verleihen dem Haus einen ganz besonderen Charakter. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich der großzügige Wohn-/Essbereich mit großen Türen, die auf die Süd-Terrasse führen. Die Küche ist mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler und vielem mehr voll ausgestattet. Im direkt angrenzenden Abstellraum sind Waschmaschine und Trockner untergebracht. Im Erdgeschoß-Bad findet sich neben der Dusche, dem WC, ein Bidet und auch die Sauna. Eines der (Eltern-) Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett) ist im Erdgeschoß untergebracht und somit für die Mitnahme der Großeltern interessant. Im Obergeschoß sind drei weitere Schlafzimmer (eines mit Doppelbett, zwei mit je zwei einzelnen Betten) und ein weiteres Dusch-Bad.Hinweis zum W-LAN: Leider lassen die Anbieter nur eine maximale Internetgeschwindigkeit von UMTS zu.
Der Bootshafen ist nur 40 m entfernt, der dort befindliche Kanal hat eine Verbindung nach Greetsiel und Emden; im Sommer per (Paddel-) Boot, im Winter teilweise per Schlittschuh. Ein schöner öffentlicher Spielplatz ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, so dass man die Kinder auch alleine dorthin lassen kann. Ein Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in Ca. 3 km. Keine Vermietung an Monteure.
