Brand-new semi-detached villa with small private pool at short driving distance from gorgeous beaches

It is a modern house with a small private swimming pool located in a countryside setting but close to a village with shops and services open all year round. However, it is not far from the coast and from beautiful beaches such as those of Costa Rei and Capo Ferrato which are just a few minutes away by car (about 12).The area also offers places of historical and archaeological interest, still unspoiled nature where enjoying excursions, many small family run farms producing organic fruit and vegetables, quality cheeses, honey, extra virgin olive oil, just to name a few. In the center of Olia Speciosa there is also a renowned winery that produces excellent wines with a great value for money.

Outdoors there is a well-kept lawned garden with ornamental flower beds, a large covered veranda with table, chairs and BBQ area, a small swimming pool where you can relax or sunbathe.

The two storey villa has on the ground floor a very large living room with dining area, sitting area and open-plan kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with single beds that can be joined together, a very large shower room with washing machine. On the first floor, which is accessed by an internal wooden staircase, there are a second double bedroom, a single bedroom and a second shower room.
